Double sliding door. (Reference 0562)
This monumental double sliding wood door is almost entirely paned with glass except in the bottom part.
The door is flanked by a pair of pilasters with capitals supporting a large curved arch decorated with a variety of Louis XVI style ornamental elements. Different running friezes enliven the arch, which at its center is decorated with a garland of flowers. The spandrels present a rare triangular rosette motif.
The door handles and plates are original.
Origin
Paris, avenue de Breteuil.
Condition
Bon état.
