French Empire style blue turquin marble fireplace mantel.. (Reference 1144)
This mantel presents the powerful and elegant austerity of lion paw jambs on block bases, which are very typical. First Empire designs. They are lightly scrolled, covered with stylised acanthus leaves.
On either side are rectangular bronze air vents.

Additional information
This mantel is carved in a Turquin blue marble of the darkest shade. Of a very fine quality of stone with a shelf enhanced by numerous white veins.
