Pompadour style marble mantel (Reference 1251)
This mantel presents a variation of the Pompadour style: on the entablature the central ornament is stretched out into an oval shape flanked by panels carved in relief. These same motifs adorn the jambs.
This mantel is in Breche from Saint-Maximin in the Var region in the south of France.
