Louis XVI style white marble mantel (Reference 1380)
Louis XVI style mantel in veined white Carrara marble from the 19th century. The tappered pilaster jambs with discreet curves are decorated with deep regular fluting, as is the frieze of the entablature. The heads are adorned with square rosettes. A very classical antiquity ornementation, which greatly inspired the Louis XVI style. < br />The mantel comes with its cast iron richly adorned insert carved with curlicue foliage, flowers and an antique style “fire pot”.
