Very good condition, a cracked glass.
This folding screen is signed "G. VIARDOT", dated and located "Paris 1884". Made of carved and engraved wood, the largest leaf is surmounted by a large dragon in the round. The four leaves are decorated with Japanese panels decorated with flower baskets in marquetry of mother-of-pearl, bone and ivory.
