In very good condition.
This fireplace was made in the 19th century in Red Griotte marble and gilded bronze ornements such as : frieze of pearls, pateara and plants.
The jambs are curved, carved with fluted pilasters and cartouches.
On each sides of the chimney gilt circular hinged ventilation ports.
This fireplace is sold with an old cast iron insert adapted to the mantel, but without marble floor. It can be made to order, depending of the availability of the marble.
