In very good condition. Currently being cleaned in our workshop.
Beautiful antique Regence style fireplace made out of Campan Grand Melange marble during the 19th century. Console-shaped jambs are fluted. A curved frieze is underlined with a fine molding. At the center of the frieze, a foliated shell is carved.
This fireplace comes with a modern sheet metal insert. The cast iron fireback with the Abduction of Europa decor is from the 18th century. On both sides, the plates are also modern.
The marble floor is available (broken but will be restored in our workshop.
