This antique Louis XV style fireplace was made out of Bleu Turquin marble during the 19th century. This style known as the "Pompadour" style has slighly canted jambs, so is the entablature which is decorated with a moulded medallion.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert but without any marble floor. A marble floor could be made to order.
This fireplace can make a pair with the fireplace reference 2486.
The original pierglass is available under reference 9953.
