This Louis XV style fireplace was made in the 19th century in white Carrara marble.
The serpentine front is centered with a foliated shell, the endblocks are carved with scroll, shell and stylized flower.
The angled jambs are in form of fluted with rudentures pilasters.
The cast iron insert is centered with a quiver and bow, surrounded with foliages and framed with ribboned canes.
This fireplace is sold with its white and gilded cast iron insert, but without its marble floor. It can be made to order.
