This Louis XV style fireplace with three shells in Rosso Alicante marble was made during the 19th century. A beautiful shell with a bud adorns the center of the frieze. Oblong moldings decorate the frieze and the delicately tapered jambs.
This fireplace is sold with a modern cast iron insert adapted to this fireplace but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order (ask us for the marble availability).
