Without marble hearth floor or insert. In situ photos. The mantel is being cleaned in our workshop.
Louis XV mantel of Pompadour style inspiration, however here the corbel jambs are canted. The jambs are decorated with rectangular molded panels. The peaks of the entablature are decorated with volutes. The entablature is straight, with a central oval medallion flanked by panels, typical of the Pompadour style.
This mantel pairs perfectly with mantel item #1605.
This fireplace is sold without any insert nor marble floor but they can be made to order.
