In very good condition. Minimal defect in the marble on the mantel top.
This antique Louis XV style fireplace was made in the 19th century. The deep black of the Belgium black marble is punctuated by elegant sculptures all over the fireplace, with the panels finely drawn on the jambs and the entablature. It is a beautiful model with three shells, all decorated with flowers in the form of bells. The central shell has sophisticated reliefs that catch the light on deep black color.
This fireplace is sold without any fireplace insert nor marble floor but could be made to order.
