Louis XV style mantel carved in Carrara marble in the second half of the 19th century. The entablature is adorned with paneling framing a central medallion. The same paneling can be found on the slightly curved console jambs.
This fireplace is sold with a modern cast iron insert adapted to this fireplace but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order (please ask for marble availability).
