This Louis XV style fireplace was made in Carrara marble in the late 19th century.
Its lines curved and reverse curved, typical of the Louis XV style, show a harmonious sculpted decoration. Its serpentine shape entablature is adorned on its center with a beautiful shell underlined by an oblong moulding. The curved feet are also decorated with shells on their upper part. The whole supports a curved edges slab.
This fireplace is sold without any fireplace insert but with its marble floor.
