Good condition. The marble floor is broken but will be restored in our workshop.
This Louis XV style mantel was made of Royal Red marble during Louis XV reign.
Its wavy header is adorned on its center with a beautiful spiral shell with irregulars edges. It is framed by an oblong moulding that runs along the header and stops above the jambs which are slightly curved and shows a paneled decoration.
This fireplace is sold with a modern cast iron insert adapted to this fireplace and with its marble floor which is broken but will be restored in our workshop.
