Very beautiful antique Louis XV style fireplace with rich decor made out of Arabescato marble during the 19th century in Belgium.
This fireplace is richly decorated with charateristic patterns of the Louis XV style : the frieze is carved in its center with a shell surrounded by foliages. Acanthus leaves and flowers adorn also the jambs with windings and the delicately sculpted cast iron insert
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order.
