This exceptional antique Louis XV style fireplace was made out of a very beautiful Noir Fin de Belgique marble during the 19th century. The carved decor is highly elaborate. The entablature is carved in its center with a foliaged shell, decorated on either side with molded medallions. The curved feet are decorated with foliage, shells and paneling.
The sides of this fireplace are paneled.
This fireplace is sold without any fireplace insert nor marble floor but they could be made to order.
