Very beautiful antique Louis XVI period fireplace with a monogramm made out of white veined marble

In good condition. Some old stains. Sides and top are from the 19th century.
This beautiful antique Louis XVI period fireplace was made out of a white Carrara marble in the 18th century. The center of the frieze is carved in very low relief with a monogram (two L-backed) enrolled in a beaded medallion. On either side of the medallion deploy foliages finely represented. Molded panels with leaves friezes are placed at the ends of the frieze. The jambs of this fireplace are fluted and ornated with asparagus heads on three levels.
This fireplace is sold without any fireplace insert nor marble floor.
