Very rare spiral staircase made out of cast iron during the 19th century. Dimensions, more than 4 meters high, are extremely rare for this type of staircase.
There are 21 steps.
The staircase is complete, with its original brass banister which is complete.
The first pole was sawn and will be repaired.
