Louis XV period Sarrancolin marble fireplace mantel. An elegantly simple design that perfectly underlines the delicate hues of pink and grey. The jambs and heads are adorned with panel motifs. The quarries are in Grez-in-Bouère, in the Mayenne region in France. The activity in these quarries began in the 18th Century.
