Made in the 19th century out of Carrara marble, this fireplace is in the Louis XVI style. The entablature is adorned in its centre with an oval rosette. The jambs are decorated with three rows of fluting and finely carved asparagus as well as square rosettes in the upper part.
This fireplace is sold with a modern cast iron insert but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order (please ask for marble availability).
