This very beautiful Louis XVI style fireplace was made during the 19th century out of Griotte Red marble. It is elaborately decorated with bronze features. These include- lines of pearls, acanthus leaves, and square rosettes at the top of the jambs.
This fireplace is sold with a cast iron insert from the 19th century and with its original three square metres hearth.
