This small antique Louis XVI style fireplace was made out of Arabescato marble during the 19th century. The gilded bronze sculptures brings refinement to the fireplace's beautiful design. The center of the entablature is decorated with a bronze flower and the heads of the entablature are decorated with square rosettes. The fluted and fileted jambs are decorated with gilded bronze asparagus heads.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert but without any marble floor. A marble floor could be made to order.
