Really exceptional antique Louis XVI style fireplace realized in Carrara marble in the 19th century. The curved banner is richly decorated with a fluteof Pan and with plants what makes it a model of a great rarity. Jambs are also elaborated : rolled up in their high part, they are furnished with leaves of acanthus and with a fine row of pearls. The sides of the fireplace are panneled, adding to the quality of this one.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert. The marble floor is not available but can be made on order.
