This antique Louis XV style fireplace was made in the 19th century in a beautiful Carrara marble subtly veined. This is the Pompadour model, name of the favorite mistress of King Louis the Beloved : the paneled and canted jambs support a curved frieze adorned with a central medallion. This fireplace has also some sophistications: the jambs are embellished with windings inward and outward at the top.
This fireplace is sold without any fireplace insert nor marble floor but could be made to order.
