This antique Louis XV mantel was made in the second half of the 19th century in white Carrara marble.
Its important sculpted decor is composed of scrolls on the curved jambs and shells on the upper parts. The serpentine entablature with oblong moulding is adorned on its center with an important shell typical of the Louis XV style.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert and with its marble floor, which is broken but will be restored in our workshop.
