This antique Louis XVI style overmantel pierglass was made during the 19th century. Faithful to the 18th century style, the upper part is decorated with a basket and garlands of flowers and fruits supported by a knotted ribbon. The mirror is framed by a thin beaded border with in its upper part two roses which are characteristic of Louis XVI style.
