Very decorative Louis XVI style mantel. The scrolled jambs are adorned with drop oak leaves, and deeply grooved. They support a straight lined entablature enlivened by a wave guilloche pattern that runs across the front. Typically, the heads are garnished with square rosettes. The variety of the color effects of the Panazeau marble adds to this mantel's beauty.
