Sold itemLouis XVI style pilaster mantel in white Carrara delicately veined marble from the 19th century. The jambs are carved with straight and deep filleted fluting as well as the entablature. The ornamentation evokes ancient Greek architecture a great inspiration for the Louis XVI style. The heads are adorned with square rosettes.
