In good condition. Crack on the mantel top. Currently being cleaned in our workshop.
This Louis XVI style fireplace was made in the 19th century. The entablature is decorated with a nicely carved flower in a central medallion, framed by panels with elegant moldings. The rounded corners accommodate square rosettes, supported by fluted and fileted pilasters of three rows of asparagus. The Carrara marble gives timeless elegance to this sophisticated fireplace.
This fireplace is sold with a modern cast iron insert adapted to this fireplace but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order.
