Dimensions:
Width: 26'' ⅜  67cm
Height: 26'' ⅜  67cm
Depth: 5'' ⅞  15cm

Origin:
19th century, France

This antique Louis XV style firescreen was made in the 19th century. In its center are suspended two horns of plenty, or cornucopia, mythological object representing horns or shells from which spread multiple fruits and flowers. The cornucopia, whose most common version makes it an attribute of Ploutos, the god of wealth and abundance, is associated with a source of plenitude and inexhaustible benefits.
