This fireplace with curved lines, typical of the Louis XV style, was made in wood at the end of the 19th century.
Its serpentine entablature is adorned on its center with a large and beautiful shell framed with acanthus leaves, it is underlined with an oblong moulding. The curved jambs that support it are also adorned with Rococo elements such as the acanthus leaves or the stylized shell.
