This antique Napoleon III style firescreen was made in the 19th century in gilt bronze. A perforated decoration adorns the firescreen whose opulence is characteristic of the Napoleon III style. Thus, among the multiple Rococo -inspired curves are, at the ends, two heads of women with buns. At the top, is a head of a satyr with a beard. And, surrounded by laurel branches tied by a ribbon, a wind instrument decorates the center.
