This antique Empire style fireplace was made in the 19th century. The multiple clear veins contrast with the deep tones of the Sea Green marble. The jambs consist of columns whose golden moldings add sophistication and ornament to this fireplace. Its beautiful cast iron insert is decorated with multiple small bees, imperial symbol under the First French Empire.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order.
