This beautiful antique Louis XV style fireplace was made out of a white Carrara marble during the 19th century. Its opulent sculptural decoration is very rich. The frieze is carved in the center with a shell, acanthus leaves and flower garlands. The scrolled legs show windings in the upper and lower parts. Flowering and foliated shells adorn the upper parts of the legs. The lower parts are lined with beautiful acanthus leaves.
This fireplace is sold without any fireplace insert nor marble floor but these one could be made to order.
