Good condition. The marble floor is broken but will be restored in our workshop.
This antique Louis XVI style fireplace was made out of Carrara marble in the late 19th century.
Its straight entablature is adorned on its center with a beautiful laurel leaves crown knotted by a ribbon and ligtened up with laurel leaves branches running on its lenght. It is supported by console jambs decorated with large acanthus leaves and pearls edging going down the hoof, the superior parts show square roses, typical of the Louis XVI style.
Sold with a modern cast iron insert adapted to this fireplace and with its original marble floor.
