This antique Napoleon III style fireplace was made out of Rouge Griotte marble during the 19th century. Two beautiful « feuilles d’eau » (water leaves) decorate the top of the jamps which are paneled and supported by two lion’s paws. The frieze is elegantly sculpted with paneled diamond shapes and has at its center a diamond boss which brings sophistication to the fireplace.
This fireplace is sold without any fireplace insert nor marble floor but could be made to order (please ask for marble availability).
