This large Louis XV style fireplace was made out of white Carrara marble during the 19th century. This style known as the "Pompadour" is the name of the well-liked famous king Louis XV. This style is very characteristic of haussmanien appartments and its large dimensions make it relatively rare.
This fireplace is sold without any fireplace insert nor marble floor.
