Louis XVI style mantel carved in green Estours marble in the second half of the 19th century. The entablature, underlined by a frieze of pearls, is decorated in its centre with bronzes representing a sunflower and square rosettes at its ends. Two fluted pilasters, with bronze asparagus filleting, resting on square bases form the jambs.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order (please ask for marble availability).
