This large trumeau was made in the second half of the 19th century. The rectangular mirror is set on a gilt wood and stuco frame adorned with a Greek frieze. Its top shows on its center an important cartouche with scrolls holding on each side a laurel leaves torus which is deployed on the superior part of the mirror before being hang to buttons on the frame corners then falling down the mounts. The superior part of the frame is also receiving a knotted ribbon decoration in relief on the center forming beautiful loops.
