This important trumeau was made in the second half of the 19th century.
The gilt wood and stucco frame is adorned with a frieze of pearls and a twist that are framing the mirror. It is also brighten up by a rococo style motif in projection on the top where we perceive a stylized shell from where are escaping acanthus leaves.
