Very rich Louis XV style overmantel in wood and gilt stucco

This beautiful Louis XV style trumeau was made at the end of the 19th century.
The mirror is framed with a very rich stucco decoration showing a beautiful gilding. The decoration interprets the roccaco taste of the beginning of the 18th century, giving prominence to scrolls with leaves inhabited with stylized shells which are contrasting with the back of the trumeau painted in white.
