Status:
Two elements require reattachment, several chips are visible, and one tile has a hole. The set is currently being cleaned in our workshop.
Large white ceramic stove with blue decoration in the Louis XVI style, composed of numerous molded elements forming an architectural façade. The tiles feature blue monochrome decoration with medallions centered by a rosette, surrounded by scrolling foliage, floral garlands, and bows. The vertical sections are designed as fluted pilasters, and the whole is topped with a molded cornice.
Each tile bears the Loebnitz Paris mark on the reverse. The Loebnitz manufactory, active in Paris during the second half of the 19th century, is known for its architectural ceramics produced for stoves and decorative architectural elements.
The stove is currently dismantled and composed of many numbered elements. Two elements require reattachment, several chips are visible, and one tile has a hole. The set is currently being cleaned in our workshop.
The Loebnitz Paris mark is present on the reverse of each tile.
