Cast iron fireback adorned with Vénus and two putti

This fireback was made of cast iron in the 20th century, it is a moulding from a casting.
Shaped as a rectangle inflated on the center, our fireback receives on its center a mythological decoration where we recognize Venus sat and naked surrounded by two putti. The scene on a smooth background is framed by a Rococo decoration composed of shells, acanthus leaves and flowers garlands. The rest of the fireback receives a background decoration in light relief composed of diamons covered with flowers.
