This beautiful Louis XVI style mantel was executed in green onyx with bronze additions in the late 19th century. The entablature is decorated with bronze foliage and small squares on each sides. The jambs are formed by two tapered half columns topped and supported by acanthus leaves, all resting on circular bases.
This fireplace comes with an antique cast iron insert adapted to this fireplace but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order (please ask for marble availability).
