This important trumeau very richly adorned was made in the second half of the 19th century.
The mirror is integrated in a very beautiful gild wood and stucco frame with a rich decor. It is composed of a medallion on the top from where laurel leaves garlands are getting out, some of them are falling on the upper part of the mirror. On each upper corner, two small espagnolettes are sculpted, their legs are replaced by acanthus leaves. The lower corners are adorned with scrolls finished with acanthus leaves that are climbing along the frame decorated all around the mirror with palms and pearls friezes.
