Beautiful pair of Japanese style kerosene lamps made in the 19th century. The cloisonné enamel vase with a black background decorated in polychrome flowers, is of Chinese origin. The dragon-shaped handles and the frame are made out of bronze, made in France, in the taste of Ferdinand Barbedienne. Very nice quality of bronze and of chasing.
