This antique fountain mask in stone was made in the early 19th century. It represents a head of satyr with a sidelong glance and laughing air. Recognizable thanks to its elongated and pointed ears and its hair made of oak leaves, satyrs are creatures from Greek mythology and form the Dionysian procession.
