Made in the 20th century in cast iron, this fireback is decorated with a triumphal scene of a goddess. The goddess, seated in the centre, holds a scarf in her hand which flies above her and haloed her. Next to her, a small angel is flying, one hand raised and holding a branch in her hand. Both figures are framed by vegetal scrolls and surmounted by a shell of acanthus leaves.
