Antique Louis XVI style fireplace made out of Red Griotte marble from Belgium during the 19th century. Jambs with rounded corners are fluted and carved with asparagus heads.
The center of the frieze is ornated with a large acanthus leaves medaillion.
This fireplace is sold with a modern cast iron insert adapted to this fireplace but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order.
